Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds, cancellations and credit notes work for plans, licences and subscriptions bought through Fixomotive Accounts. It applies alongside our Terms of Service.
Subscription terms
Licences and subscriptions are sold for a fixed term and do not auto-renew. A purchased term stays active until its expiry date. Buying a new term does not retroactively change a term you have already paid for.
Free trials
Where a free trial is offered, it runs for the stated period and is limited to one per customer. No payment is taken for a trial, so there is nothing to refund; simply let it lapse if you do not wish to continue.
Requesting a refund
If you believe a charge is incorrect, or you bought a plan in error, contact us promptly at support@fixomotive.in with your order or tax invoice number. We review refund requests case by case, considering whether the licence has been used and how much of the term remains. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
How approved refunds are processed
- Online purchases(paid by card / UPI / netbanking via our payment gateway) are refunded back to the original payment method. Banks typically take 5–7 business days to credit a refund.
- Partner wallet / credit purchases(resellers and institutes) are reversed to the organisation’s wallet or credit line.
Credit notes & licence reversal
When a refund is processed we issue a credit note against the original tax invoice, and the associated licence or subscription is revoked — access ends at the time of the refund. You can download the credit note from your billing history, and the customer is notified.
Cancellations
You can stop using a product at any time and choose not to renew at the end of a term. Because terms are fixed and non-auto-renewing, there is usually nothing to cancel — the licence simply expires. To close your Fixomotive account entirely, use Data & privacy in your account settings.
