Terms of Service

1. Your account

Your Fixomotive account is identified by your verified mobile number. You are responsible for keeping access to your number, your one-time passcodes and (if you enable it) your two-step verification credentials secure. Activity carried out after a valid sign-in is treated as yours. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• access the service through anyone else’s account without authorisation;
• attempt to probe, scan, overload or circumvent the security of the platform;
• use the service to break any applicable law or infringe anyone’s rights; or
• misuse one-time passcodes, recovery codes or sign-in tokens.

3. Subscriptions, licences and payments

Some products and plans are paid. Prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) and a tax invoice is issued for every purchase. Licences are sold for a fixed term and are not auto-renewing — they remain active until their expiry date unless renewed. Refunds and cancellations are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Service availability

We work to keep the service available and reliable, but it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may add, change or withdraw features, and may suspend access for maintenance or to protect the platform or its users.

5. Suspension and closure

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or that we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently or unlawfully. You can close your own account at any time from Data & privacy in your account settings. Records we are legally required to retain (such as tax invoices) are kept even after closure, in anonymized form where possible.

6. Privacy

Our handling of your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and our use of cookies in the Cookie Policy. Please read them — they form part of these terms.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Fixomotive Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make a material change we will update the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, ask you to review and accept the revised terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
